A half-day workshop for organisations, teams, communities and groups who want to build trust, connection and psychological safety — so people feel safe to be their authentic selves.

This practical workshop combines Everything DiSC® Workplace, the Catalyst™ learning platform and HUMAN LENS™ to help participants understand themselves, understand others and build more effective ways of communicating, collaborating and creating safety.

Catalyst™ is Everything DiSC’s interactive learning platform. It brings each participant’s Workplace profile to life with personalised insights, style comparisons, conversation prompts and practical tips they can use to improve everyday workplace relationships.

Participants complete their Everything DiSC® Workplace assessment before the session and use the Catalyst™ learning platform throughout the workshop to explore their communication style, motivators, stressors, workplace priorities and how they relate to others.

Alongside Catalyst™, participants use HUMAN LENS™ to explore what people need to feel safe to be their authentic selves — and what others can do to help create that safety.

Through guided reflection, group discussion, practical activities and real-world application, participants explore two key questions:

HUMAN: What do people need to feel safe to be their authentic selves?
LENS: What can we do to help others feel safe to be their authentic selves?

Participants leave with greater self-awareness, a deeper understanding of others, and practical tools they can use immediately to build trust, connection and psychological safety in the cultures they are part of.

What participants will explore

  • How different people prefer to communicate, collaborate and receive feedback
