The HUMAN LENS™ Introduction

$0.00

A 90-minute keynote workshop that introduces HUMAN LENS™ — helping people build trust, connection and psychological safety so others feel safe to be their authentic selves.

This introductory session is designed for organisations, teams, communities and groups who want to start a meaningful conversation about psychological safety, authenticity and human connection — without formal assessments or pre-work.

Participants explore what it really means to feel safe to be authentic, why psychological safety is often misunderstood, and how everyday behaviours can either build or break trust.

Through a simple self-awareness and people-reading activity, participants begin to recognise what they need to feel safe — and how others may need something different.

The session introduces HUMAN LENS™ as a practical framework for understanding safety from two perspectives:

HUMAN: What do people need to feel safe to be their authentic selves?
LENS: What can we do to help others feel safe to be their authentic selves?

Participants leave with greater self-awareness, more understanding of others, and simple actions they can use immediately to build more trust, courage, connection and authenticity.
