Safe To Be Human - Workshop Suite
Many organisations talk about psychological safety, authenticity, inclusion and culture — but people still hold back.
They stay quiet in meetings.
They avoid difficult conversations.
They hide parts of themselves.
They perform instead of connect.
They protect themselves instead of contributing fully.
And when that happens, organisations lose more than confidence or engagement. They lose honesty, creativity, trust, collaboration and human potential.
Safe to Be Human is a selection of workshops that helps leaders, teams, organisations and communities understand what it really takes for people to feel safe to be their authentic selves — and how to create that safety through everyday behaviours, conversations and culture.
Each workshop uses HUMAN LENS™, Authentic Ewe’s framework for understanding what people need to feel safe, and what we can do to help create that safety for others.
Safe to Be Human is designed for leaders, teams, organisations and communities who want to build more trust, connection, courage and psychological safety.
It is especially suited to:
♡ Leaders wanting to create more honest, human-centred cultures
♡ Teams who want to communicate more openly and work together more effectively
♡ HR, OD, People and Culture teams leading cultural change
♡ Organisations wanting practical ways to build psychological safety, inclusion and trust
♡ Groups navigating change, disconnection, conflict, growth or uncertainty
The workshops can be delivered as leadership experiences, team sessions, conference sessions, or as part of a broader culture program.
Introduction
Authentic Ewe’s framework for creating a world wherepeople feel safe to be their authentc selves
A 90-minute keynote workshop that introduces HUMAN LENS™ — helping people build trust, connection and psychological safety so others feel safe to be their authentic selves.
This introductory session is designed for organisations, teams, communities and groups who want to start a meaningful conversation about psychological safety, authenticity and human connection — without formal assessments or pre-work.
Participants explore what it really means to feel safe to be authentic, why psychological safety is often misunderstood, and how everyday behaviours can either build or break trust.
Through a simple self-awareness and people-reading activity, participants begin to recognise what they need to feel safe — and how others may need something different.
The session introduces HUMAN LENS™ as a practical framework for understanding safety from two perspectives:
HUMAN: What do people need to feel safe to be their authentic selves?
LENS: What can we do to help others feel safe to be their authentic selves?
Participants leave with greater self-awareness, more understanding of others, and simple actions they can use immediately to build more trust, courage, connection and authenticity.
